Patrick Andrade is represented by Atlas Press in New York for editorial assignments and MEOREPRESENTS-REAL for commercial assignments.

Patrick grew up in Colorado where he went to school to study journalism at Colorado State University. In 1998 he moved to New York to work as a newspaper photographer for Newsday for two years. He then began freelancing for the Associated Press and the New York Daily News, and joined Gamma Press in 2000. After covering the events of September 11th 2001 his photographs were published in Paris Match, Le Monde 2, Le Figaro and Time magazine which launched him into a career of freelance magazine photography. He then traveled to Afghanistan working regularly for Newsweek which resulted in receiving a World Press Award in 2002. After covering the war in Iraq for Newsweek Andrade joined Polaris Images. His first exhibition was held in 2004 at the cultural foundation Solares in Parma, Italy. During spring 2004 to fall 2005 he lived and worked in Afghanistan photographing the elections and reconstruction efforts by USAID. Andrade is now based in New York and works regularly for the New York Times along with Newsweek, Businessweek and Forutne magazine. Patrick has most recently joined Atlas Press and is available for domestic and international assignments.
